10u-14u Age Divisions

Munciana Commitment Day
- 10u-14u: 1:30-3:00pm
Tryout Informational Meeting September 15th @ 6pm

Tryout Dates: September 22nd & 29th

- 10U – 12U: 1pm – 3pm

- 13U: 3pm – 5pm

- 14U: 5pm – 7pm

Team Announcement: Sept 30th @ 6pm

Parent & Team Meeting: Oct 1st @ 6pm

15u-18u Age Divisions

Register anytime from July – November. The benefits of committing in July are the options to extend the payment plan and possible team placement. NEW – we will have dual summer and fall tryouts. Full roster announcements will be in November, but individual team placement could occur throughout.

Benefits of the Dual Tryouts

Allows athletes to the option to tryout early or wait until after their high school season.

Option for extended tuition payments.

Registration Option for 15-18s

The November start option allows registration for athletes who did not tryout in July but still want to play.

The real difference from the Early Payment Plan is a more aggressive payment plan.

Some athletes will be placed on a team in July. Full rosters will be announced in November.

Registration Process

Registration is OPEN!

Athletes register on PlayerFirst.

Part of the registration process will include signing waivers and a tryout fee that goes toward total tuition.

Which Age Group Do I Try Out For?

18 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006
17 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
16 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
15 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
14 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
13 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
12 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
11 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
10 and Under – Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014

*It is expected that players will try out in the age group they belong.

2025 Tuition

Tuition includes all tournament fees and coaches’ fees. Uniform packages will be a separate fee.

Open/National Level

10 Open: $2,600

11 Open: $2,600

12-14 Open: $4,200

15-18 Open: $4,300

11-12 National: $2,600

13-14 National: $3,350

15-18 National: $3,450

At the open/national level teams practice 3-4 times a week when not competing in an event. Athletes are selected to the open team. At this level the teams will travel many times for events.

Regional Level

Regional: $1,800

At the regional level teams practice 2 times a week. The regional director will run each practice. At this level all events will be played in Indiana.

Payment Options

There is a pay in full discount for each division. There are payment plans available. There is also the option for 15-18s to start their payment plan early to spread out the tuition payments. All payment plans will have a $10 installment fee on each payment. There is a 3.25% transaction fee for credit card payments and a 2.25% transaction fee for ACH.

2025 Munciana Tryouts FAQ

Are there other costs associated with playing Munciana outside of tuition?

Personal travel costs for your player and family.

Teams may purchase an additional jersey or other items.

Athletes must have an AAU membership.

If you enroll in a payment plan there are $10 installment fees for each payment.

There is a 3.25% transaction fee for credit card payments and a 2.25% transaction fee for ACH.

Uniform packages are separate from tuition and there will be a shipping fee.

What does the tryout process look like?

TnT (Team in Training)

Future Stars TnT Future Stars do not try out. They will register and report on December 2nd for gear try on and practice.

10U – 14U

Athletes will tryout on September 22nd & 29th. Teams will be announced on September 30th.

15U – 18U

Athletes will tryout on July 14th & 21st. It is possible for an athlete to be placed on a team during this process. Full team announcements will be on November 11th. There will be late/make up tryouts on November 10th & 11th.
