- Her 15 Open Lorax won the 2016 and 2019 15 Open AAU National Championship.
- Head Coach at New Castle HS where her team won the 2018 & 2019 state championships
- 2016 AVCA 15’s Coach of the Year
- 30 Under 30 AVCA Award for both the 2016 Club season and 2019 High School season
- Previously an assistant coach at Wes-Del High School
- Associate in General Studies and Technical Certificate in Business Administration
- Sarah is married to Luke Roush and they have two sons, Ridge and Rowen and a daughter Ryn

- Playing experience
- Played Munciana for 10 years (2010-2020). Two national runner-up medals in 12 Open & 16 Open
- 3 time state champion with New Castle high school (2017, 2018, 2019). 2 time academic all state
- Libero/Defensive specialists her entire career
- Plays college volleyball at Ball State where her team has won 2 MAC championships and made 2 NCAA appearances
- Attends Ball State University where she is in elementary education with a minor in coaching
